”Welcome to an in-depth two-part workshop at Northbeach yoga in Nordstrand. This is a deepening and understanding of how we can use rituals, rites of passages and ancient practices to transform with the elements of nature.
Nature heals, and we are not only connected to nature, WE ARE nature.
When we deepen with the elements and connect with the cycles of creation we can experience more release, more ease, and less tension in our lives.

In this workshop you will get a deeper understanding of how you through ancient practices can heal yourself, release pain, and connect to the beauty and peace of creation.

We will use movement, so come in something you can move freely in, we will have breathwork sessions and we will be going deep together. Please bring an open heart, and an open mind.

Learn to use natural remedies like sage, copal, frankincense and myrrh, plants, flowers, crystals and herbs, to cleanse and purify the body and energetic field, beautify your being, and space clear your home.
